  • Job Shift: Shift 1 (Monday-Friday: 9:30am-6pm)

We offer a wide range of programs, including Acute Care and Evaluation, Residential Addiction Treatment, Individual, Group & Family Therapy, Intensive Outpatient Programs, and Community Support Programs.

As a Behavioral Health Clinician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct client care using individual, couple, group, and family therapy tailored to each client's needs.
  • Preparing appropriate medical documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Assessing and planning care based on the psychiatric and psychosocial needs of the client.
  • Providing direct crisis intervention to clients and families in multiple sites.
  • Educating clients and family members and referring them to appropriate resources for support.
  • Collaborating with team members and integrating healthcare delivery across programs.
  • Participating in administrative activities, including team meetings and staff education.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Previous intern experience in assessment, diagnosis, and individual and group therapy.
  • Valid CT Licensed Masters of Social Work within 90 days of graduation.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and travel between sites.
