Summary: Hartford HealthCare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will provide quality care to adolescent patients with dual diagnoses. Details:

Job Schedule: Full-time Standard Hours: 40 Job Shift: Shift 1 (Monday- Friday: 9:30 AM-6:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, couple, group, and family therapy based on each patient's treatment plan

  • Prepare accurate medical documentation to meet regulatory requirements

  • Evaluate psychiatric and psychosocial needs of patients, prioritize care, and advocate for appropriate resources

  • Provide crisis intervention and education to patients and families

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated delivery of healthcare

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field

  • Valid CT Licensed Masters of Social Work (LMSW) within 90 days of graduation

  • Previous experience in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy

  • Proficiency in using computers and basic keyboarding skills

  • Flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and travel between sites
