  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based, individual, couple, group, and family therapy to clients
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Coordinate care and advocate for appropriate resources
  • Deliver crisis intervention services
  • Provide education and support to clients and families
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners for integrated healthcare delivery
  • Participate in administrative activities and professional development opportunities

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Active CT License in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Alcohol & Drug Counselor, Marital & Family Therapy
  • Minimum of three years experience in psychiatric and substance abuse treatment
  • Proficiency in computer use
