As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will play a vital role in evaluating, assessing, and developing treatment plans for clients. Your expertise in individual, couple, group, and family therapy will enable you to provide targeted and effective interventions. With your knowledge in behavioral health and substance use disorders, you will make a lasting impact on our patients' well-being.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, couple, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to each client's specific needs
- Ensure quality documentation and record-keeping in compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
- Assess psychiatric and psychosocial needs of clients and prioritize care and treatment
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed, both in-home and in the community
- Educate clients and their families about available resources and support groups
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure integrated delivery of healthcare
- Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and staff education
- Continuously seek self-improvement through learning opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Minimum of three years' experience providing direct services to psychiatric patients and/or substance use population
- Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, individual/group therapy, and crisis intervention
- Active CT License in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Alcohol & Drug Counselor, or Marital & Family Therapy
