• Job Shift: Shift 1
• Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care using individual, couple, group, and family therapy
• Prepare appropriate medical documentation
• Assess and plan care by evaluating clients' needs and organizing treatment
• Provide crisis intervention services and in-home clinical services
• Educate clients and family members on available resources and support groups
• Collaborate with internal and external partners for integrated healthcare delivery
• Conduct emergency evaluations for clients in the community
• Participate in administrative activities and staff education

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Active CT License in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Alcohol & Drug Counselor, Marital & Family Therapy
• Minimum of three years of experience in dealing with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse population
• Previous experience in assessment, diagnosis, and individual/group therapy
• Proficient in using a computer and basic keyboarding skills
