Hartford HealthCare is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC) to join our dedicated team in Wethersfield, CT. Responsibilities
As a Behavioral Health Clinician, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct client care through individual, couple, group, and family therapy specific to each client's needs
- Preparing appropriate medical documentation to meet regulatory requirements
- Assessing and planning care by evaluating the psychiatric and psychosocial needs of clients
- Providing continuous education to clients and their families, referring them to appropriate resources
- Collaborating with internal and external partners across the continuum of care
- Participating in administrative activities, team meetings, and staff education
Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must have:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a Related Field
- Three years of experience providing direct services to psychiatric patients and substance use population
- Previous experience in assessment, diagnosis, individual/group therapy, and crisis intervention
- Active CT LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LADC license
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) required for Latino Program
