We offer a wide range of programs, including Acute Care and Evaluation, Residential Addiction Treatment, Individual, Group & Family Therapy, Intensive Outpatient programs, and Community Support Programs. Responsibilities
- Provide direct client care using individual, couple, group, and family therapy based on each clientโs needs
- Prepare appropriate medical documentation to meet regulatory requirements
- Assess and plan care for clients, organize and prioritize treatment, and advocate for appropriate resources
- Provide in-home clinical services and crisis intervention to clients and families
- Educate clients and refer them to support groups and resources
- Proficient in working with clients with mental health and substance use disorders
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide integrated healthcare delivery
- Conduct Emergency Evaluations for clients in the community if required
- Participate in administrative activities, team meetings, and staff education
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a Related Field
- Three years of experience providing direct services to psychiatric patients
- Previous experience in assessment, diagnosis, therapy, and crisis intervention
- Active CT License in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Alcohol & Drug Counselor, Marital & Family Therapy
