Summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Behavioral Health Clinician for our Inpatient Adult Unit at Natchaug Hospital. As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing direct clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy. You will also be responsible for case management services, extensive documentation, and case coordination for patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Perform case management services and ensure extensive documentation and case coordination for patients.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs, determine appropriate interventions, and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Connecticut licensure required within 2 years of hire.
• Experience working with a mental health and/or chemical dependency population.
• Valid driver's license required based on the program.
• Computer proficiency and keyboarding skills required.
