Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral health counseling services
• Join an interdisciplinary team that supports clinicians through clinical supervision and regular clinical team meetings
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, including diagnosis, risk assessments, and treatment recommendations
• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy
• Collaborate with case managers and RNs to support therapeutic work
• Participate in professional development opportunities and continuing education

Qualifications:

• Connecticut licensure in LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC, or Psychologist required
• Master's Degree in a mental health-related field
• 2 years of experience providing group therapy in behavioral health settings
• 1 year of experience working with adults with mental health issues
