Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral health counseling services
- Join an interdisciplinary team that supports clinicians through clinical supervision and regular clinical team meetings
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, including diagnosis, risk assessments, and treatment recommendations
- Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy
- Collaborate with case managers and RNs to support therapeutic work
- Participate in professional development opportunities and continuing education
Qualifications:
- Connecticut licensure in LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC, or Psychologist required
- Master's Degree in a mental health-related field
- 2 years of experience providing group therapy in behavioral health settings
- 1 year of experience working with adults with mental health issues
