Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with case managers and RNs to support the therapeutic work.
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations.
- Engage in clinical team meetings and professional development activities.
- Support patients with mental health and dual diagnosis disorders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
Requirements:
- Connecticut licensure in LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC, or Psychologist.
- Master's degree in a mental health-related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing group therapy in behavioral health settings.
- Experience working with adults with mental health issues and co-occurring disorders is a plus.
