Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with case managers and RNs to support the therapeutic work.
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations.
  • Engage in clinical team meetings and professional development activities.
  • Support patients with mental health and dual diagnosis disorders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.

Requirements:

  • Connecticut licensure in LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC, or Psychologist.
  • Master's degree in a mental health-related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing group therapy in behavioral health settings.
  • Experience working with adults with mental health issues and co-occurring disorders is a plus.
