Hartford HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Clinician II for the Norwalk OP location. Job Details:

• Job Schedule: Full Time
• Standard Hours: 40
• Job Shift: Shift 1
• Shift Details: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral health counseling services to individuals with mental health and dual diagnosis disorders
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy
• Collaborate with case managers and RNs to support therapeutic work

Requirements:

• Connecticut licensure in LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC, or Psychologist
• Master's degree in a mental health related field
• 2 years of experience providing group therapy in behavioral health settings
• 1 year of related experience working with adults with mental health issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
