Responsibilities
As a Behavioral Health Clinician II, you will:
- Provide behavioral health counseling services to clients
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support clinicians through clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, including diagnosis, risk assessments, outcome measure tools, case formulation, and treatment recommendations
- Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based practices
- Work collaboratively with case managers and registered nurses to support therapeutic work
Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- Connecticut licensure in LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC, or Psychologist
- Master's degree in a mental health-related field
- 2 years of experience providing group therapy in behavioral health settings
- 1 year of related experience working with adults with mental health issues
