Details: This is a full-time position with a standard schedule of 40 hours per week. The job shift is Monday - Thursday 9:30am-6:00pm; Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral health counseling services to patients
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, including diagnosis and treatment recommendations
- Deliver individual, group, couples, and family therapy
- Collaborate with case managers and RNs to support therapeutic work
- Participate in clinical team meetings and professional development activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- Connecticut licensure in LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC, or Psychologist
- Master's Degree in a mental health-related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing group therapy in behavioral health settings
- 1-year related experience working with adults with mental health issues
- Strong knowledge of evidenced-based practices
