Details: This is a full-time position with a standard schedule of 40 hours per week. The job shift is Monday - Thursday 9:30am-6:00pm; Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral health counseling services to patients
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, including diagnosis and treatment recommendations
• Deliver individual, group, couples, and family therapy
• Collaborate with case managers and RNs to support therapeutic work
• Participate in clinical team meetings and professional development activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Connecticut licensure in LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC, or Psychologist
• Master's Degree in a mental health-related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing group therapy in behavioral health settings
• 1-year related experience working with adults with mental health issues
• Strong knowledge of evidenced-based practices
