Job Details:
- Job Title: Behavioral Health Clinician II - Norwalk OP
- Job Type: Part-time
- Location: Norwalk, CT
Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral health counseling services to adolescents and adults with mental health and dual diagnosis disorders.
- Join an interdisciplinary team to support clinicians through clinical supervision and weekly team meetings.
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, risk assessments, and treatment recommendations.
- Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with case managers and RNs to support therapeutic work.
Requirements:
- Connecticut licensure in LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC, or Psychologist.
- Master's degree in a mental health-related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing group therapy in behavioral health settings.
- 1 year of related experience working with adults with mental health issues (co-occurring disorders experience is a plus).
