Job Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health counseling services to patients
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team
• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy
• Utilize evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with case managers and RNs
• Participate in department and organizational committees

Job Requirements

• Connecticut licensure in LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC, or Psychologist
• Master's Degree in a mental health related field
• 2 years of experience providing group therapy in behavioral health settings
• 1 year of experience working with adults with mental health issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
