About the Role

As a Behavioral Health Clinician II, you will join an established interdisciplinary team that supports clinicians through clinical supervision, weekly clinical team meetings, and professional development opportunities. In collaboration with the treatment team, you will provide behavioral health counseling services to adult patients in a community-based mental health clinic.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting psychiatric evaluations and risk assessments
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans
  • Providing individual, group, couples, and family therapy
  • Collaborating with case managers and RNs

Qualifications

  • Connecticut licensure in LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC, or Psychologist required
  • Master's degree in a mental health-related field
  • At least 2 years of experience providing group therapy in behavioral health settings
  • 1 year of experience working with adults with mental health issues
