Rushford Center, part of Connecticut's most comprehensive healthcare network, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will provide inpatient/outpatient and community care for clients and families, delivering outstanding prevention, treatment, and recovery programs. Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care through individual, couple, group, and family therapy
• Prepare medical documentation to meet regulatory requirements
• Assess and plan care for clients by evaluating psychiatric and psychosocial needs
• Educate clients and families on support resources and facilitate the treatment process
• Collaborate with internal and external partners for integrated delivery of healthcare
• Participate in administrative activities and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Three years of experience providing direct services to psychiatric and substance use populations
• Previous experience in assessment, diagnosis, individual/group therapy, and crisis intervention
• Active CT LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LADC license
• Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) required for Latino Program
