- Job Shift: Shift 1
- Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct client care using individual, couple, group, and family therapy
- Prepare appropriate medical documentation
- Assess and plan care by evaluating psychiatric and psychosocial needs
- Provide in-home clinical services and crisis intervention
- Educate clients and family members on available resources
- Collaborate with internal and external partners for integrated delivery of healthcare
- Conduct emergency evaluations when required
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Related Field
- Three years’ experience providing direct services to psychiatric patients and substance use population
- Previous experience in assessment, diagnosis, individual/group therapy, and crisis intervention
- Active CT License in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Alcohol & Drug Counselor, or Marital & Family Therapy
