• Standard Hours: 40
• Job Shift: Shift 1
• Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care using individual, couple, group, and family therapy
• Prepare appropriate medical documentation
• Assess and plan care by evaluating psychiatric and psychosocial needs
• Provide in-home clinical services and crisis intervention
• Educate clients and family members on available resources
• Collaborate with internal and external partners for integrated delivery of healthcare
• Conduct emergency evaluations when required

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Related Field
• Three years’ experience providing direct services to psychiatric patients and substance use population
• Previous experience in assessment, diagnosis, individual/group therapy, and crisis intervention
• Active CT License in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Alcohol & Drug Counselor, or Marital & Family Therapy
