Summary
Hartford HealthCare is seeking a passionate Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team. In this role, you will provide clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy, to children and adolescents in our Child / Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). You will also perform case management services and ensure extensive documentation and coordination of care.

Program Summary
Natchaug Hospital, a part of Hartford HealthCare, offers a wide range of behavioral health programs for children, adolescents, and adults. The Child / Adolescent PHP at Natchaug's Joshua Center Program provides comprehensive assessment and treatment for children aged 6 to 17 who are struggling with psychiatric or substance abuse issues. Our services include individual and group therapy, family therapy, and occupational and creative rehabilitation therapy.

- Job Shift: Shift 1 (Monday - Friday)
- Shift Details: Requires the ability to travel to other locations as needed
Responsibilities
As a Behavioral Health Clinician in the Child / Adolescent PHP, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing individual, group, and family therapy
- Conducting comprehensive assessments
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Ensuring extensive documentation and case coordination
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you should have the following qualifications:
- Experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral health or substance abuse issues
- Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field
- Connecticut licensure is required within 2 years of hire
- LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC, or Psychologist preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Computer proficiency and keyboarding skills
