  • Job Schedule: Full-Time
  • Standard Hours: 40
  • Job Shift: Shift 1
  • Shift Details: Monday - Friday, with flexibility to travel to other locations as needed

Natchaug Hospital, a leading mental health and substance abuse treatment provider in Eastern Connecticut, offers a variety of specialized programs for children, adolescents, and adults. This particular opportunity is within our Child/Adolescent PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) at the Joshua Center. The program is designed to provide comprehensive assessment and therapy for children aged 6 to 17 who are struggling with psychiatric or substance abuse issues but do not require inpatient care.

As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy. In addition, you will perform case management services, extensive documentation, and case coordination for patients.

To excel in this role, you should have experience working with a mental health and/or chemical dependency population. A Master's degree in a behavioral health related field is required, and Connecticut licensure is required within 2 years of hire. Preferred licensure includes LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC, or Psychologist. You must also possess a valid driver's license based on program requirements and have strong computer proficiency and keyboarding skills.
