We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician with experience in providing inpatient/outpatient and/or community care for clients and families. In this role, you will provide direct client care using individual, couple, group, and family therapy specific to each client’s needs. You will assess and plan care, provide continuous education to clients and their families, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure an integrated delivery of healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct client care using individual, couple, group, and family therapy
  • Prepare appropriate medical documentation to meet regulatory requirements
  • Assess and plan care based on the client's psychiatric and psychosocial needs
  • Provide continuous education to clients and family members
  • Work effectively across programs for clients with mental health and substance use disorders
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide integrated healthcare delivery
  • Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and staff education

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Related Field
  • Three years’ experience providing direct services to psychiatric patients and substance use population
  • Previous experience in assessment, diagnosis, and individual/group therapy
  • Active CT LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LADC license
  • Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) required for Latino Program
