Summary
Hartford HealthCare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will provide inpatient, outpatient, and community care for clients and families with mental health and substance use disorders. You will assess and plan care, facilitate therapy sessions, and advocate for appropriate resources. With a focus on holistic and integrated care, you will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct client care using individual, couple, group, and family therapy
- Prepare required medical documentation
- Assess and plan care based on clients' needs
- Provide education and referrals to support groups and resources
- Collaborate with internal and external partners for integrated healthcare delivery
- Participate in team meetings and engage in professional development
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Related Field
- Active Connecticut LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LADC license
- Three years of experience working with psychiatric and substance use populations
- Experience in assessment, diagnosis, individual/group therapy, and crisis intervention
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) required for Latino Program
