Job Responsibilities
As a Behavioral Health Clinician, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide direct client care using individual, couple, group, and family therapy based on each client's needs.
- Prepare necessary documentation in compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Assess and plan care based on clients' psychiatric and psychosocial needs.
- Provide in-home clinical services and crisis intervention as needed.
- Educate clients and family members about available resources and support groups.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure integrated healthcare delivery.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you will need:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Three years of experience providing direct services to psychiatric or substance use populations
- Previous experience in assessment, diagnosis, individual/group therapy, and crisis intervention
- Active CT License in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Alcohol & Drug Counselor, Marital & Family Therapy
