Summary:

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct clinical services and case management to adolescent girls in a residential treatment facility. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being and recovery of our patients. Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Provide case management services and coordinate treatment plans
• Collaborate with treatment team members for discharge planning
• Assist in the day-to-day program operations
• Perform administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field
• Current Connecticut licensure or eligibility within 2 years of hire
• Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse issues
• Strong computer proficiency and keyboarding skills
• Valid driver's license required
