Job Description:

In this role, you will:

• Conduct individual, couple, group, and family therapy tailored to each client's needs.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Assess and plan care by evaluating the psychiatric and psychosocial needs of clients and advocating for appropriate resources.
• Provide crisis intervention and continuous education to clients and families.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated healthcare delivery.
• Participate in administrative activities and professional development opportunities as required.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required.
• Previous intern experience in assessment, diagnosis, and individual/group therapy.
• Valid CT License in Social Work (LMSW) obtained within 90 days of graduation.
• Strong computer skills and flexibility in work schedule.
