Act for Kids, a prominent provider of prevention, therapy, and support services for children who have suffered abuse, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our passionate team in Brisbane CBD, QLD. As a Team Leader, you will oversee a small team of Child and Family Consultants, Practitioners, In-home Therapy Assistants, and Youth Workers to deliver bespoke support packages to children and families in need.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the professional practice of the team to deliver positive outcomes for children and their families.
- Provide high-quality supervision and support to team members.
- Coordinate intensive therapeutic case management to address child protection concerns and increase the capacity of parents to reduce risk and ensure child safety.
Requirements
- Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (Allied Health, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services).
- Professional registration (if required) and membership of a relevant professional association (desirable).
- At least 5 years of experience providing case management and therapeutic services to families, caregivers, young people, and children in the child protection framework.
- Experience in supervising and supporting team members in a similar role.
