Details

As a Talent Sourcer at Gartner, you will:

  • Source potential and passive candidates through direct sourcing channels, predominantly LinkedIn.
  • Screen potential candidates to determine their qualifications via phone.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on ideal profiles and educate them on market trends.
  • Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging.
  • Develop a pipeline of active candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Direct sourcing and candidate generation skills via self-sourced channels.
  • Business development and/or sales experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with current direct sourcing techniques and the ability to remain current with new techniques.
  • Proven track record in making hires against open roles.
