Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in efficient day-to-day operations
• Set an example for the team by demonstrating the Zambrero values and culture
• Train and develop team members, ensuring exceptional customer service
• Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members
• Manage staff performance reviews and rostering
• Ensure food preparation and presentation meet the highest standards
• Assist with stock ordering from various suppliers
• Handle office administration duties such as paperwork and cash handling
• Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant and production areas
• Assist with marketing promotions
• Uphold safety and security standards and provide effective training in workplace health and safety

Requirements

• Previous shift supervisor experience
