As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading the team during specific trade periods, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met while providing exceptional customer service.

• Lead and motivate the team during shifts
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
• Conduct crew training and enhance guest experience

Requirements

• Prior experience in team leadership or supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Willingness to obtain Food Safety Supervisor and Responsible Service of Alcohol certifications
