  • Collaborate with Area Managers to maintain high operational standards, including rostering, recruitment, stock management, and compliance.
  • Support team development through check-ins, performance reviews, and building talent pipelines.
  • Manage financial aspects of the business, such as profit & loss, budgets, and key performance indicators.
  • Engage with local community groups as part of the company's community-conscious initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of leadership experience in hospitality or entertainment venues.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • Passion for hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-first approach.
