Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and team engagement
• Manage rosters, recruitment, stock, and compliance
• Support team development through check-ins and performance reviews

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Restaurant/Venue Manager in the fast-food industry
• Experience in leading high-performing teams
• Proficient in budget and financial management
• Customer-centric and team-empowerment mindset
• Ability to work on rotational rosters, including weekends and public holidays
