The role involves managing Standing Data within the National Electricity Market, ensuring compliance, exceptional customer service, and resolving Meter Data exceptions promptly and accurately.

Details:

As a Market Operations Officer, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and ensuring compliance with Standing Data within the National Electricity Market.
• Processing and resolving any Standing Data and Meter Data exceptions efficiently.
• Closing B2B and Connections Service Orders within regulated timeframes.
• Processing meter and settlement data accurately and dispatching information to relevant participants promptly.
• Maintaining the accuracy of details for Life Support customers as required under the SA Distribution Code.
• Managing and resolving Retailer enquiries/complaints promptly and accurately.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you need:

• Experience in the utility industry is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.
• Basic Excel skills and familiarity with SAP ISU or CRM Systems.
• Customer service experience is a valuable asset.
• MASATS experience would be advantageous.
• Exposure to interpreting rules and regulations is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
