Catholic Healthcare is seeking a proactive and energetic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team for a 6-month parental leave contract. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our website, driving quality leads and applications through digital campaigns, and contributing to the development of our marketing strategy. This is an autonomous role within a collaborative and supportive team, where your expertise will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the company website to ensure an engaging user experience
• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns and assets to drive leads and sales
• Contribute to the development of the marketing strategy
• Implement user-focused digital campaign activities
• Nurture relationships and drive customer engagement

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, delivering successful digital marketing campaigns
• Relevant qualifications in digital marketing or a related discipline
• Advanced knowledge of contemporary digital marketing principles and practices
• Experience with SEO, SEM, and PPC
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
• Experience with CMS, HubSpot, EPiServer, marketing automation, and Adobe Suite (preferred)
• Experience in the aged care and/or health sector (preferred)
• Excellent copywriting, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to provide evidence of Covid19 immunizations
