As a CRM Specialist at Tiffany & Co., you will have the exciting opportunity to join our Sydney office and drive our CRM and Client Development initiatives for the ANZ market. We are looking for a highly experienced individual to support our client relations team, develop customer loyalty strategies, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Details

As a CRM Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the market client development efforts and identifying opportunities to increase revenue and customer loyalty
• Partnering with store management and Client Advisors to champion the + $10k Program
• Collaborating with client relations to support events and client activations
• Providing Salesforce and client development training to store management and client advisors

You will also be responsible for utilizing client data to provide actionable insights to the store teams, delivering monthly client insights reporting, managing customer data, coordinating client gifting needs and order management, and budget management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's Degree or be in your last year of a Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant customer-related experience
• Excellent organizational and critical problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience with a client database, proficiency with Salesforce system is a bonus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
