Responsibilities
- Ensure all kitchen quality standards are complied with
- Support recruitment, training, and development of kitchen crew
- Assist the restaurant manager with P&L results
- Monitor and enforce food safety and WH&S policies
Requirements
- Experience in a kitchen/cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
- Team leadership and development experience
- Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent
- Good understanding of food safety
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
