As the Head Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all kitchen quality standards are met. Your responsibilities include supporting recruitment, training, and development of the kitchen crew, assisting the Restaurant Manager with P&L results, and ensuring food safety and WHS procedures are followed. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-paced hospitality kitchen, a certificate in commercial cookery or relevant experience, strong knowledge of food safety, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment
• Demonstrated leadership skills
