Requirements

• Hold a relevant Diploma qualification and/or possess 2-3 years of related employment experience
• Excel at multitasking and thrive in fast-paced environments while remaining composed under pressure
• Exhibit reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness
• Uphold high standards of personal presentation and hygiene
• Collaborate effectively within a team
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and a passion for culinary arts
• Possess a solid understanding of HACCP, Food Safety Regulations, and compliance requirements

Additional Information

• Job Type: Permanent Full-time
• Salary Package: $70,000 to $80,000 plus Super based on qualifications and experience
• Work Schedule: Shift work, including weekends and public holidays
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in restaurant management preferred
