We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join us as an Assistant Kitchen Manager at Castle Towers. Responsibilities:

• Maintain kitchen presentation, cleanliness, and product integrity
• Ensure a safe and healthy workplace environment
• Handle stock control and ordering
• Communicate effectively with front of house management and staff
• Assist with weekly budgets and food costing
• Manage kitchen staff to ensure quality service

Requirements:

• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced kitchen setting
• High standard of food preparation and productivity
• Strong ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
• Experience in budget management and cost control
• Excellent presentation, communication, and time management skills
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
