As the eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our local and global eCommerce strategies to drive sales and provide exceptional customer experiences. Details
- Develop and drive eCommerce performance across local and global markets, achieving budgeted sales targets.
- Lead strategies for eCommerce, customer engagement, and conversion, ensuring optimal user experiences.
- Manage and lead eCommerce projects across multiple markets.
- Leverage digital analytics and data platforms to provide meaningful insights and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with our media, operations, and product teams to deliver overall digital and content strategies.
- Manage email marketing and marketing automation platforms to deliver a seamless STEDI brand experience.
- Coordinate with technical 3rd party vendors to ensure smooth eCommerce operations.
- Oversee the STEDI retail website and CMS systems, including content scheduling and SEO optimization.
- Manage performance marketing platforms and partners.
- Work closely with marketplace vendors (e.g., eBay/Amazon) to implement multi-channel strategies.
- Supervise in-house Content Producer to activate and merchandise the STEDI retail website.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Adobe/Magento or other eCommerce & CMS platforms.
- Strong technical knowledge of eCommerce systems and integrations.
- Ability to analyze and report on customer journeys and lifecycle, recommending enhancements to eCommerce platforms.
- Proven project management experience with 3rd party vendors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Understanding of marketplaces and multi-channel management.
- Collaborative mindset and team-oriented attitude.
