As the eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our local and global eCommerce strategies to drive sales and provide exceptional customer experiences. Details

• Develop and drive eCommerce performance across local and global markets, achieving budgeted sales targets.
• Lead strategies for eCommerce, customer engagement, and conversion, ensuring optimal user experiences.
• Manage and lead eCommerce projects across multiple markets.
• Leverage digital analytics and data platforms to provide meaningful insights and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with our media, operations, and product teams to deliver overall digital and content strategies.
• Manage email marketing and marketing automation platforms to deliver a seamless STEDI brand experience.
• Coordinate with technical 3rd party vendors to ensure smooth eCommerce operations.
• Oversee the STEDI retail website and CMS systems, including content scheduling and SEO optimization.
• Manage performance marketing platforms and partners.
• Work closely with marketplace vendors (e.g., eBay/Amazon) to implement multi-channel strategies.
• Supervise in-house Content Producer to activate and merchandise the STEDI retail website.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Adobe/Magento or other eCommerce & CMS platforms.
• Strong technical knowledge of eCommerce systems and integrations.
• Ability to analyze and report on customer journeys and lifecycle, recommending enhancements to eCommerce platforms.
• Proven project management experience with 3rd party vendors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Understanding of marketplaces and multi-channel management.
