Public Outreach Australia is seeking passionate individuals to join our call centre team in Melbourne as Charity Brand Ambassadors. As a world-leading fundraising agency, we have raised over $200 million for various charity partners, including Amnesty International, World Vision, and Australian Red Cross. This role involves outbound calls to new and existing donors, discussing our clients' impactful work and worthy causes. We provide full initial and ongoing training to ensure your success.

Responsibilities

• Represent well-known not-for-profit organizations
• Engage in outbound calls to promote fundraising efforts
• Discuss clients' charitable work and causes
• Meet targets and KPIs
• Contribute to positive social change

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Passionate about social and environmental issues
• Able to commit to full-time hours
