As the Assistant Kitchen Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective and efficient back-of-house operations. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining kitchen presentation, cleanliness, and product integrity
• Ensuring a safe, secure, and healthy workplace environment
• Managing stock control and ordering
• Communicating effectively with front of house management and staff
• Assisting with weekly budgets and food costing
• Managing kitchen staff to ensure product and service quality
• Overseeing opening and closing of the restaurant

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• High standards in food preparation and productivity
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
• Some experience in budget management and cost control
