Summary:

Valet Living is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Trash Collector (Service Valet). In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and disposing of trash from residents' doorsteps and transporting it to the onsite trash compactor at various apartment communities in the Overland Park, KS area. The ideal candidate will have their own reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer and be available to work part-time nights.

Details:

• Use your truck to transport trash bags from residents' doorsteps to the onsite trash compactor at apartment communities.
• Take required photos using our company's App during service.
• Work close to home as we serve multiple apartment communities within a 10-15 minute drive.
• Typically work 5 nights a week from Sunday through Thursday.
• Part-time hours offering 10-15+ hours per week.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Own a reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name.
• Capable of working both indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Able to walk the distance of the property and climb up and down staircases.
• Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan.
