Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret clinical laboratory tests following established protocols
• Utilize complex problem-solving skills to resolve clinical and instrument issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college/university
• Successful completion of a NAACLS-accredited Medical Laboratory Scientist program
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a technologist in a clinical laboratory
• ASCP or equivalent categorical/generalist certification
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to comply with OSHA and regulatory requirements for maintaining a safe laboratory environment
