Hartford HealthCare is committed to providing exceptional care to our patients, and we are looking for a skilled Manager Nursing Coordinator to supervise our nursing staff and ensure patients receive the highest quality of care. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, a current Connecticut Registered Nurse license, and at least 3 years of psychiatric nursing experience, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As the Manager Nursing Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising all nursing staff and patient care activities
• Communicating and escalating staff, patient, and facility-related safety concerns
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Providing leadership and guidance to the nursing team

Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must have:

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• A current Connecticut Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 3 years of psychiatric nursing experience
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Proficiency in computer usage and keyboarding
