As a US Foods, Inc. Delivery Driver, you will play a critical role in our organization. You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of food and supplies to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Your commitment to exceptional customer service and your dedication to meeting scheduled delivery times will contribute to our success. In this role, you will have the opportunity to unload products, make frequent stops, perform manual heavy lifting, and deliver products in various weather conditions. Additionally, you will verify the delivery of items with customers and collect payments when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver customers' orders to meet scheduled delivery times
• Unload products with a hand truck and place items in the customer storage area
• Perform manual heavy lifting of items up to 80 pounds
• Make frequent stops during a work shift
• Deliver product in inclement weather conditions
• Verify delivery of items with customers
• Collect payments when needed

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Valid U.S. driver's license issued by the state of legal residence with proper endorsements if required
• Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months of driving experience in the food and beverage delivery industry required
• Must be able to pass DOT physical
