Job Summary

As a CDL A Local Delivery Truck Driver Trainee at SYSCO, you will be responsible for operating a tractor-trailer and delivering a variety of products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will build relationships with our customers, becoming familiar with their operations and meeting their needs.

Qualifications

• Recent driving school graduates welcome
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must have a CDL Permit
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to handle touch freight, including lifting, pushing, or moving products weighing up to 100 pounds
• Flexibility to work overtime, occasional weekends, and holidays
• Must be willing to attend a CDL-A training class
