Summary:

SYSCO is actively seeking reliable and experienced CDL A Local Delivery Truck Drivers to join our team in Plaza, ND. As a Delivery Truck Driver, you will safely and efficiently operate a tractor-trailer, delivering various products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. You will build strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate a tractor-trailer
• Manually unload and deliver various products to customer locations
• Build relationships with customers using a positive and friendly attitude
• Become familiar with customer operations to meet their needs and expectations

Requirements:

Minimum:

• 21+ years of age
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Physically capable of repeatedly lifting and moving products weighing up to 60 pounds
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required

Preferred:

• 1 year of customer delivery experience
• 6 months of hand cart/hand truck experience
• 6 months of food and beverage experience
• 2 years of consistent work history
