Job Summary

As a CDL A Local Delivery Truck Driver Trainee, your responsibilities will include:

• Safely operating a tractor-trailer to deliver products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule
• Manually unloading and delivering various products
• Building positive relationships with customers and meeting their needs and expectations

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Recent driving school graduates are welcome
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must have a CDL Permit
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Physical ability to lift, push, or move products weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and up to 100 pounds
• Flexibility to work overtime, occasional weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to attend CDL-A training class, which may require time away from home
