We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable CDL A Local Delivery Truck Driver to join our team at SYSCO. As a Local Delivery Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a tractor-trailer and delivering various products to our valued customers.

Job Summary

In this role, you will build relationships with our customers and provide exceptional service as you deliver a variety of products, including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies. You will be assigned an efficient route schedule and will handle the manual unloading of products upon delivery. Your friendly attitude and familiarity with our customers' needs and operations will ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer to deliver products to customer locations
• Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service
• Follow assigned route schedules and deliver products in a timely manner
• Handle the manual unloading of products upon delivery

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to lift, push, or move products weighing an average of 40-60 pounds, and up to 100 pounds
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
