Job Summary

As a CDL A Local Delivery Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a tractor-trailer to deliver various products (meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, supplies, etc.) to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. You will build strong relationships with each customer, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Your positive and friendly attitude will be key in providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer and comply with all traffic laws and regulations
• Manually unload and deliver products to customer locations
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their operations
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing issues and resolving concerns

Requirements

• Recent driving school graduates welcome
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Valid CDL permit
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Able to lift, push, or move products weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and up to 100 pounds
• Flexibility to work overtime, occasional weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to attend CDL-A training class
